TechnoHyper Dream Polycarboxylate Based High Range Water Reducing, Hyper
Plasticizer Concrete Admixture TechnoHyper Dream; It is a new generation superplasticizer additive developed for prefabricated concrete production industry
and reactive powder concrete applications that can be used in the production of
compacted concrete, which is highly water-reducing, strength-enhancing, long
workability time, self-settling depending on the dosage of use, and can be used
in the production of compacted concrete.
AREAS OF USE
TechnoHyper Concrete with low water / cement ratio. - Depending on the
dosage, it reduces the water requirement of concrete by 25% to 40% by mass
compared to reference concrete. - It is used in precast and prestressed concrete
applications where high strength is required and also in concrete works requiring
early mold removal. - Slump minimizes losses. - It eliminates the need for vibration in placing concrete. - Impermeable and perfect surface concrete is obtained.
- It is used in Shotcrete applications. - It allows to obtain reoplastic concrete even
at very low water / cement ratio without the risk of segregation with clean aggregate and proper gradation. - It is used for early loading applications in flooring,
columns, beams, bridges and masonry concrete, in cases where mold must be
removed early. - Its ability to work with a very low water.
